In my house of 6 wonderful ladies last semester, 3 of us are no living there this semester because we’re living abroad. Lilly’s in New York, I’m in Doha, and Anthea is in Athens starting next week. Before that, she was back home in balmy Anchorage Alaska. Even though I am so happy to see them eating up the rich world around us, I miss sitting together in front of the TV, devouring Dollhouse on Friday nights. Next semester in Pittsburgh is going to be awesome with my global friends!
And, sorry for missing posting yesterday. Following the rules I’ve set for myself, I posted 3 times today to make up for yesterday’s lapse. I was wrapped up in a grant application, and didn’t look up between 11:30pm when I thought I really should post and 1:30am when I looked up again. Oops.
