I am so excited! I’ve been working all summer, writing and editing, editing and writing. My Contact Us section went up a few weeks ago, but About Us is the first section to which I’ve made serious creative contributions. Unfortunately, like the CIA, if I’ve done a good job you’ll never know I was there. But please, check it out!
Still coming up are the Get Involved and Who We’ve Helped sections. I think Who We’ve Helped will be my favorite section, for all the struggles I’ve been through with it. I am really proud of some of the stories I tell.
I have grown so much this summer as a writer and as a web content specialist. I’m not really in a space to process it yet, but digging through the stories of our clients and learning the insides and outsides of a non-profit has taught me so much about what I want to be and how I want to get there. More later.
