Symptoms of a well-networked conference (#14NTC and #14NTCtest)

I’m enjoying my second day at the Nonprofit Technology Conference. I’m used to pure technology conferences–the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing is always inspiring–but like the mix of comms, IT, and fundraising folks.

As usual, I have also been live-tweeting my sessions. Sometimes the #tags for a conference session is pretty dead, sometimes it’s as wonderful as this one below:

Why a session’s #tag is so much more alive than others is not perfectly clear. I think people in this session felt empowered to share with each other because the organizers asked us all to share business cards with the word “testing” on them. It could also be that we’re talking about online testing, which we’re all a bit anxious about. It could totally be luck-of-the-draw.
