I work on human trafficking. It’s a pretty sad subject. One of our traditions at work is to post “daily self care videos” to our chat statuses (this isn’t unique to my organization–we did that in my first internship in Washington D.C.):
Recently there’s been a trend of cute genre actors going on Sesame Street and teaching important life lessons, the clips of which are the perfect antidote to a morning spent reading the daily summary of human trafficking news.

Fun group of videos! My favorite Sesame Street celebrity song is Candace Bergen in a duet with Cookie Monster singing “C is for Cookie” – still looking for a copy of that one.
