Most of my friends and family know that when I dive into the world of a tv show or book, I will only come up for air when the story comes to a lull, not for something as silly as homework or dinner. That is what happened this week with True Blood. However, I’ve watched the first season and am ready to become a funcitoning member of society again. Sorry!
Below is one of the best clips from the very first episode. The blond, Sookie, is a waitress who can hear people’s thoughts, and she’s just seen her first vampire customer, Bill, disappear with a couple of drug dealers who want to drain his blood to sell it (in this world, vampire blood is an exotic drug). WARNING: very bad language and some violence. It is a show about vampires.
