Writing about my proposals for modifications to Fair Use, I have to refer to textbook cases: journalistic quotes, parody, and, well, textbooks. They tend to be staid; conservative; boring. What I would love to do is point my readers to something like this:
It takes the whole, copyrighted work (the Assassins Creed trailer), makes a parody of it by literally interpreting the entire thing. It is dynamic; ridiculous; funny. And probably not appropriate for my senior honors thesis.
But you know what? My audience here is several hundred times larger than that of my thesis. So, enjoy.
