Fair Use Has a Posse! DMCA Amended.

The DMCA was amended today to extend stronger protections to Fair Use with the EFF as the valiant lobbyist. So excited! Newly protected groups:

• Computer Owners
• Vidders
• iPhone Jailbreakers
• Professors
• Documentary Film Makers
• Videogamers
• White-Hat security hackers
• iPhone users generally
• Fans
