I love attending and presenting at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing every year. But I keep hearing about the following conferences, and I’m going to keep an eye out for ways to get to them:
Like any conference I would be interested in attending, these are all incredibly geeky. They range from hacking/security through online activism to fan-community celebration. Like any group I would like to be a part of, I am excited to find ways to attend these conferences because people I know and respect have enjoyed them. Now, to bed!

Why not go to the Penny Arcade Expo (aka PAX)? I’ve seen some excellent panels on fandom and content creation at the three different ones I’ve been to
