Google’s made a world map with the number of search-result take-down requests by country, and percentage complied with. They have a good FAQ describing why the top 4 take-down-requesters (Brazil, Germany, India, USA) are so high up. It has major imperfections for those of us who like transparency, but it is a step in a good direction.
