My friends and I are meeting up in DC for Thanksgiving. We found a wonderful hotel which has small kitchens in the rooms! The kitchens has a big fridge (with a freezer), 2 burners (electric), a microwave, a toaster and lots of different kinds of cooking and eating tools (I have a list. Yes, yes, I am a kitchen dork). We are going to have a total of 5 meals (all breakfasts are covered by the hotel–did I mention this hotel rocks?) so each mini-group within our group in coming up with a proposed list of meal plans.
